Bishop Roger Halvorson

Biography

Roger began his ministry in early 1962. While working for Pacific Telephone and AT&T in a management position, he was very active in church ministry as a Royal Ranger Commander, Adult Bible Teacher and spiritual advisor until 1985 when the Lord led him into full time ministry as an Administrative Pastor. Two years later Roger was directed by the Lord to plant Church of Living Water in Fresno, California.

Roger enjoys teaching and has had much success both in the US and over seas. Having a heart for missions, he has ministered in Central and South America and several countries in Eastern Europe, and is frequently invited to speak at seminars and conferences. In California, he has been active as a speaker for retreats and pastoral trainings seminars.

Roger is married to Lennie and has two children and seven grandchildren.
