International Pentecostal Holiness Church

Pastor Walter Huezo is the founder of the Oasis Christian Center in Elk Grove, CA.  A Christian church that began in June 2015.

Pastor Walter was born in El Salvador.  He and his family moved to Sacramento, CA in 1988.  Pastor Walter, after graduating from Luther Burbank High School, moved to the city of Irvine, CA, to attend the Spirit Life Bible College.  After graduating, he began his ministry as a youth pastor.

Part of his ministerial life has been carried out by preaching the word of God and founding new ministries in 45 different countries to which God has sent him.  

In 2001, he met his wife Valerie at the Christian Faith Church, where she was the administrator of the church and he was the youth pastor.  After a year and a half, Pastors Waler and Valerie got married in June 2004, and God has given them the blessing of being the happy parents of Ivan and  Isabella.

For the last 19 years Pastors Walter and Valerie, together with their children Ivan and Isabella have served the Lord in different ways and the Lord has used them greatly.
